    • The main output of planning is the Project Management Plan (PM Plan).

Transition to Execution Phase

    • Execution happens in parallel with Monitoring and Controlling.
    • Monitoring & Controlling ensures execution aligns with the plan, scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
